Payment is charged at checkout through our secure payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Google Pay).
You agree to pay the order total presented to you at checkout. If you have a question about an order total or payment arrangement, please contact our customer support team.

Section 6 – Shipping and Delivery

CasaBloom ships to addresses within the 50 United States. Orders are dispatched based on product availability and fulfillment arrangements.
Our current shipping estimates are:
- Order processing: 2–3 business days.
- Estimated transit time: 5–11 business days, Monday through Friday.
- Estimated total delivery time: 7–14 business days from the order date.
- Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Time (CT), or on weekends or holidays, begin processing on the next business day.
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary because of carrier operations, weather, fulfillment conditions, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information is provided by email after your order has been processed and dispatched, where tracking is available. You can also track your order through the Track Your Order page on our website.
